Consider creating a series of five-minute Values Videos©2016 in which employees share their personal definition and experience of those values…and watch them come to life in meaningful and often moving ways.

By way of example, in each of the six short videos below, an interview subject defines the concept of “belonging.” Each person shares a unique experience of what is a universal phenomenon–and chances are you can relate to all of them in some meaningful way.
